I have setup the progam as per the manufacturer's instructions. Unfortunatelly i don't see amy activity under Who's online. Log is enabled in configuration and site attracts visitors. Any help is most welcome, thx
It would be nice if you supplied more information such as what tracking method you are using, version number, database type, etc.
You can test your installation by loading the track.asp page directly in your web browser. Make sure you have friendly error messages turned off if you use Internet Explorer. If there is an error thats occurring, it should be displayed.

Did you try loading the track.asp page in a web browser? Also, have you included the tracking code in your pages?
