Hi, I am using the ASP tracking method. When I check the "robots" section there is no data there. I know robots are visiting my website, because Googlebot is the most frequent visitor. Please give me an advise. Thank you!
I assume you are using MetaTraffic Lite. If that is the case, you need to load the definitions that include robots in them (look in the data directory for the file). The default definition file does not include robot definitions.
